	Cheree, the Ladybug Fairy, also lives in Olde Towne! Okay, I know I said the Bug Fairies were sort of cute in an ugly sort of way, but Cheree practically drew herself and I guess she was determined to be beautiful rather than ugly!  Come to think of it, I'm not sure that there is such as thing as an ugly ladybug <grin>.  To celebrate the opening of WeeVillage.com and Sundrop Station, Cheree is available as a Wee pattern (sizes S/M/L) or as a "Giant" pattern (critter size). Oh boy, we're doing block 6 this week.  This one sounds like fun because Sandy said you can learn to fudge.  I sure hope I get to taste some of that fudge!  What?  It's not the kind of fudge you eat?  Bummer!  Sandy just said this fudge means to make something work even though it isn't perfect.  She redrafted a 14" block into a 12" block and the measurements came out in thirds, and since your rulers aren't marked for thirds, you'll have to fudge a little.  Sandy also provided templates for this one, but if they don't pass the size accuracy test when you print them, try the rotary cutting method.  Don't worry because it really does work!   Click here for the pdf.  Look below for images of the Sundrop Testers' blocks.

  Hand-Dyed Fabric Kits for Wee Folk
Kimberly Darwin's luscious hand-dyed fabrics were used to color many  of the wee folk patternss.  She has graciously agreed to provide fabric kits for the Wee Folk BOM's just as she does for the Wee Village/Olde Towne BOM blocks. The fabric kits include 4 swatches of skintone fabrics so that you can choose what color skin to give your Wee Folk.  fFabric kits do not include the background fabric (but you can purchase it separately at Kim's website) or patterns.  Fabric kits can be ordered at Kim's website, Batting a Thousand Quilting Company or here at WeeVillage.com !
