Make a Firefly Fairy block (6" finished) using your favorite starry/glittery
fabrics.
Make 12 3" (finished) Friendship Star blocks (pattern at
Quilters Cache
).
Assemble together, add borders to make desired size to make a wall quilt,
a doll or premie size baby quilt, a small table topper, a pillow or a tote
bag.
Want a larger quilt top to work with? Enlarge the fairy by 200%
and applique her to a 12" (finished) background block. Then make 12
6" (finished) Friendship Star blocks and add around the block. This
will give you an 18" (finished) square - add borders to make desired size.
